Your order
A part assessment or enquiry is not an accepted order. An order is accepted only when we confirm the specification, price and next steps in writing. Production begins after the agreed requirements and payment terms have been confirmed.
Product nature
The manufacturing process, material, finish, compatibility and intended application are stated for each accepted order. Additively manufactured components may show fine layer lines and small process variations; any relevant limitations will be explained before purchase.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our liability is limited to the price of the goods except where the law does not permit limitation.
